Want to convert your hardcopy into an eBook? Look no further! I will convert your manuscript into an eBook ready for publication on Kindle, IngramSpark, and other platforms.

What you get:
- A reflowable EPUB copy of your book
- Three free revision requests
Contact me. In your email:
- Tell me 1) what the project is, 2) any budget restrictions or deadlines I should be aware of, and 3) the desired format (e.g. "make it look like the original hardcopy").
- Include a PDF of the finished manuscript.
​I will contact you via email with a quote, a completion date, and any questions I may have.
Email me to confirm. Please include 1) an INDD file of the finished manuscript,* 2) a PDF of the finished manuscript, 3) a PNG or JPG of the cover image, and 4) the ISBN for the eBook.** If any changes have been made to the manuscript, please include a PDF of the updated manuscript as future alterations may incur additional charges.
I will convert the manuscript into an EPUB and format it to the desired specifications. I will send you an email notifying you of the eBook's completion along with an invoice. As for transferring the files, I can either link the files in the email or share them via Dropbox, Google Drive, or preferred file management service.
If you are satisfied with the work accomplished, then my work is done and you pay the invoice (see Terms & Conditions for payment details).​
If you are not satisfied, please email me with specific instructions on what you found wrong (to see some common examples, see Terms & Conditions). I will fix those problems specified in your instructions and send you the revised files.
*If you do not have an INDD version of your book, see the package below.
**A separate ISBN is not required (visit here for more information). However, some publishers prefer to keep their physical books and eBooks separate. If you have a separate ISBN for the eBook, please include it in the email with the files.

Rates, Terms, and Conditions
I utilize a per-item rate in order to provide a fixed quote for each project. These items include:​

- Pages (excluding blank/index pages)
- Footnotes
- Lists
- Tables
- Images (excluding cover image)​​

Other factors (such as complex formatting or urgent deadlines) may add additional costs.
Additional work requested by a client that does not fall under my revision policy may add additional costs.

​​I prefer to accept payment via PayPal or Bill.com. Please let me know if you would like to use a different payment method or service.​
Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments will incur additional charges.

I make mistakes, and when that happens, you may request a revision free of charge. However, the request must meet the following requirements:​

- Requests must be made within 60 days of project completion.
- Requests must be specific (e.g. "The table of contents is missing chapter 3").

Please send this request via email. I will resolve the problems and send a revised copy.

FAQ
What formats do you provide for eBooks?
I provide an EPUB copy of the eBook. I can also provide KPF and MOBI copies if requested.

What is your turnaround time?
I aim to complete an eBook within a week of the confirmation email.
